After 41 years at Longwood University, Dr. James Crowl is retiring to spend more time with family and children. I could only imagine how tough it is to say goodbye to the place you have called home for 41 years. Just think of all the lives that have been touched in those 41 years. A special thanks to you Dr. Crowl for the passion that you brought to the classroom, and for inspiring your students to be more knowledgeable and passionate about History. Longwood U and the Department of History will not be the same without you. Good luck in Pennsylvania.
